Mr. Lynwood Owens, Jr. , incorporated LBO Technology, LLC in April of 2007, and serves as the Chief Executive Officer. Since 2017, LBO Technology is an emerging SBA Certified HUBZone and 8(a) Small Disadvantaged Small Business operating on 22 active contracts, 20 as a prime contractor. LBO Technology supports 12 different government agencies as a prime contractor. Mr. Owens has 30+ years of an accomplished career track throughout the federal government contracting industry for delivering and sustaining revenue, and profit gains in highly competitive market. Mr. Owens is a high-preforming deeply analytical leader whose passion for driving business growth through financial discipline, creativity, and a collaborative team effort. He ensures that all staff have innovative AI and Machine Learning tools to provide quality service delivery, and solutions to the LBO Technology customers. Mr. Owens is an exceptional communicator with established relationships, strong negotiation skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a keen client needs assessment aptitude. Mr. Owens is passionate and has a commitment for continual development and quality certifications such as ISO, CMMI and CMMC process improvement models. Mr. Owens has a bachelor’s degree in computer science, from Kennedy-Western University. Mr. Owens enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, playing golf, and watching professional and college sports.
