The Challenge
The FDA's Office of Acquisitions & Grants Services (OAGS) oversees a multibillion‑dollar portfolio, processing thousands of contracts, grants, cooperative agreements, and inter-agency agreements. Our Solution
Peridot served as the Prime contractor, delivering full lifecycle acquisition, grant, and agreement support. We handled requirement development, pre‑solicitation actions, market research, evaluation, award, administration, and closeout activities. Support included contract scheduling, documentation, milestone tracking, invoice processing, modifications, option execution, and file management across PRISM, FPDS‑NG, SAM.gov, and ATS. Peridot personnel drafted and released more than 3,000 RFIs/RFQs/RFPs and supported solicitation packaging for contracts, grants, cooperative agreements, purchase orders, task orders, and IAAs. We monitored contractor performance, prepared modifications, recommended acquisition strategies, and ensured documentation complied with FAR, FDA SMGs, and internal controls.
