Team Peridot along with the prime vendor WITS provided end-to-end workforce planning and acquisition support including: Workforce and organizational structure analysis, position description evaluation, and reorganization proposals. Development of communications plans, stakeholder engagement, and change management tactics. Project management using PMBOK-aligned processes, risk and issue registers, schedule and cost controls, and quality management. Acquisition planning support: market research, IGCE/cost estimates, SOW/PWS development, solicitation support, and vendor engagement. Data-driven performance analysis using CIRIS and CRM data to assess service levels, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
